Banana Oat Muffins

This morning was a good morning for baking. 

I had some spotted bananas on my countertop and oats in my pantry, so it seemed like the right time for some banana oat muffins. 

I searched online for a recipe, and found one that looked promising with many positive reviews. It came from Allrecipes, and it is called Banana Oat Muffins. 

Along with the majority of reviewers, I was very pleased with the result. I used a mini muffin pan to bake them, since my children seem to prefer tiny muffins to large ones. My tiny recipe-taste-tester (who was too ill to go to school today) gave them two thumbs up. 

I like them, too. They are delicious in their bite-size little shape.

I will be happily making another batch of these muffins soon. They are great for snacking on, and will make a nice addition to lunch boxes.
